      "instructions": "You are connected to MAX Messenger (max.ru) — Russian national messenger by VK. Base URL: platform-api.max.ru. Rate limit: 30 rps.\n\nKEY FACTS TO AVOID ERRORS:\n1. get_chats returns ONLY group chats. Personal dialogs are NOT listed — use get_updates to discover their chat_id.\n2. send_message and send_media require either chat_id (groups) OR user_id (direct messages) — not both, not neither.\n3. get_updates is for development/polling only. Production bots should use webhooks (POST /subscriptions).\n4. remove_admin: MAX API has a known bug — returns success:true but may not actually revoke rights. Only the chat owner can reliably remove admin rights manually in the app.\n5. remove_member: if the user has privacy mode enabled in MAX, the bot cannot re-add them after removal — warn the user before proceeding.\n6. answer_callback must be called within 30 seconds of button press — only practical via webhooks in production, not via polling.\n7. Media tokens (photo_id/token from send_media) are permanent and reusable in send_message attachments without re-uploading.\n8. open_app button type has a known MAX API bug (Field 'webApp' cannot be null) — avoid using it."
